Welcome to ICC
Improving Communication & Resolving Conflict from the inside out.
Raising your child in two happy homes is within your reach!
The ICC Approach
Introspective Comprehensive Co-Parenting (ICC) is a new co-parenting technique developed by Dr. Janella Street with the assistance of Denise Banks-Wilson. ICC provides co-parents with the tools they need to focus on the aspects of co-parenting relationships they can control. Improved co-parenting is accomplished by teaching each parent cognitive behavioral methods tailored to meet the unique needs of co-parenting relationships.

Our Instructors
Janella Street, Psy.D.
Specializing in mental health services and psychological evaluations for individuals involved with Family Court, I use a range of therapeutic interventions, including tools offered by CBT, ACT, and Solution Focused to help families gain new perspectives and focus on their children while going through a difficult separation. I’ve called the Bay Area home for over 25 years and earned my doctorate after working as a group counselor in juvenile hall.
Denise Banks-Wilson
A dedicated member of the mediation community, Denise uses her experience and knowledge to help parents better manage relationships with each other and their children.
Jaima Owen
I chose to earn my master’s in clinical psychology after years of working with children and families as a teacher in the Bay Area. I now love working with children, families, leading groups, and teaching ICC. I’ve found that evidence-based techniques such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques help children and families reach their highest potential. I am always learning something new and gaining a sense of connectedness with the community. That, along with exercise and traveling with my family, brings me great joy!
